AmTech notes RMBS revised 4Q07 rev guidance lower to $40 mln, from prior
expectations of $45-50 mln. RMBS cited extended contract negotiations as the
reason for the lower revision. With significantly increased potential for an
Anti-Trust trial date being set tomorrow, and significant positive litigation
developments for RMBS, firm doesn't think investors should be focused on
